DATA PROTECTION - The AAFP has transmitted personally identifiable data to Tovuti, our third party platform, only to the extent required to fulfill the terms of your participation with the Leading Physician Well-being Certificate Program. This information includes your first name, last name, and email address. Your data will not be transmitted for any other purpose unless you have given your express permission to do so. This may include, but not be limited to providing your phone number, postal address, social media accounts, and/or any other personal identifying information. Your data will not be disclosed to any third parties for advertising purposes without your express consent.
